At GinaKimKR, your peace of mind is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. For our mindful community in the EU, a 14-day cooling-off period is provided in accordance with local regulations.

Return Conditions

To ensure the purity of our collection, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, and nested in their original Wellness Alignment packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns to maintain the integrity of our hand-inspected inventory.

Refunds & Restoration

Once your return is received and its energy inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will be restored to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a short period for your financial institution to reflect this harmony.
