**Return & Refund Policy**

We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible orders, starting from the day you receive your item. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies by law.

### Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days (or 14 days in the EU)
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns

### How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the address below:

Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

### Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, return shipping will be covered

### Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized or custom-made items  
- Gift cards  
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page  
- Post earrings, for sanitary reasons 

### Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order separately after the return is approved.

### EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address in the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions stated above.

### Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
Please allow additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
